NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia (WAVY)-Newport News plays on fire Friday morning.
The fire was reported at 4: 08 pm in elementary school in Nelson, R.O. 826 Moyer Road. The crew arrived at 4: 16 and can be quickly put out the fire that spread to the structure without any, Robert e. Lee with the Newport News Fire Department said.
Newport News police say there are some trash fires reported Thursday night and Friday morning at Stoneybrook estates neighborhood, which is located off Warwick Boulevard in the town of Denbigh.
